1. First – Government Appointment
   Submit the documents to the country Ministry of Education, Foreign Affairs, or Embassy on May 15, 2015.
2. Second Stage – Online Registration
   Once nominated, register by SIACAS (Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service) but portal.edu.az between June 1-15, 2015.
3. Program Selection
   Choose up to three specializations? to grant a channel in different Azerbaijani academies through Aliyev and Heydar.
4. Wait for the results
   If selected, you will receive confirmation by the end of July 2015.
